Duplicate a task?
To duplicate a task, click on the ellipses on the task and select Duplicate. See Ellipses in the Working with Tasks article.

View a Contact?
Click Contacts on the left side of the screen, then click on the link for the contact you want to view.

Add or Edit a Contact?
- To add a contact, click Add Contact from the Contact List to display the Create Contact form. See Contact List for more information.
- To edit a contact, locate the contact in the Contact List, then click on the contact name or click the More icon and select View Contact > Edit Details to display the Edit Contact form. See Contact List for more information.
- Change a contact owner?
- From the contact's main page, click edit, then select a new owner from the dropdown menu.

Create a Project?
Projects must be associated with an existing Contact.
To create a new project, click on the contact from the contact list. The Projects tab appears automatically on the contact's main page. From here, click on Create Project; then follow the onscreen prompts to name the project (so you can find it later in the contact list), and to create Quotes and Proposals for the project. See Create Project for more information.

View and Edit Projects?
To view and manage projects for contacts, locate the contact in the Contact List, then click on the contact name or to open the contact's main page. From here you can view all projects related to the contact.

Create a Task?
To create a task, locate the contact in the Contact List, then click on the contact's name or click the More icon and select View Contact to display the Contacts page. From here, click on the Tasks tab where you can add, view, and manage tasks.

Create a quote?
Creating a quote is a multi-step process that begins with a project associated with a contact. To get started, open an existing project for a client, or create a new project, and select Quote from the project screen. See Create a Quote for more details.

Add products (missing products) to a quote?
To add products to a quote, scroll down to the Products section and click Add Product.

Search for a Product?
To search for a product, click Products on the left side of the Orders screen. From here, you can search by keyword or SKU, Category, Vendor, or Price Range. Click on a product to see more details.
Searching for products is typically part of the quote process. See step 4 of Create a Quote for more details. -
View Product details?
To view product details, click on the product during the product search. See step 6 of Create a Quote for more details.

Configure a product on a quote?
Product configuration for a quote happens after you have added the product to the quote. Once the product is listed on the quote, click the product to configure it for your client. See step 7 of Create a Quote for more details.

Share a quote?
You can share a quote at the end of the Create a Quote process. To share the quote, click Share to get a link that you can copy and paste into an email or message to your client. See step 14 of Create a Quote for more details.
You can get a link to share a quote at any time by clicking on the quote from the contact's main page, then click the More Actions drop-down and select get share link.

Share a PO?
POs are sent to connected suppliers as part of the Create a purchase order process. For suppliers that are outside the system and require you to Manually add a product, a sharing link is provided as part of the process. See Manually add a product for more information.

Calculate tax on a quote?
If you have a Nexxus address that matches the shipping address, you are presented with the option to calculate tax when you share a quote. See step 13 of Create a Quote for more details.
You can calculate or recalculate taxes for a quote any time by clicking on the quote from the contact's main page, then click the More Actions drop-down and select get share link.

Create a PO from a quote?
To create a PO from a quote, select the related project under the contact main page and click Create purchase order under the relevant quote. See step 2 of Create a Purchase Order for more details.

Add a product to a PO?
The option to add products to a PO is part of the Create a Purchase Order process. See step 4 of Create a Purchase Order for more details.

Order product from a supplier / vendor that is not listed?
Suppliers listed in the drop-down have negotiated prices and terms with Commercio Orders. If you would like to add product(s) from an outside supplier to your quote, follow the instructions for Manually adding a product.

Connect to a supplier?
To connect to a supplier, navigate to Settings>Supplier Connection. -
Check inventory?
There are multiple ways to check inventory:-
You can check inventory as part of both the Create a Quote and Create a Purchase Order processes.

You can also check inventory for a product at any time by clicking on the product (from the PO or Quote) to view more details, and then selecting the Inventory tab to see real-time information from the supplier.

On the PO screen, click the Check Inventory button at the bottom of the screen.
Additionally, inventory is verified automatically when you submit a purchase order. The system will provide feedback to let you know if inventory is still available.
