Products

Use the products page to browse through products offered by connected suppliers.

Use the filters to narrow your search.

Although you can browse products on this page, you can only add products when creating a quote or purchase order.

1	Dashboard: Click here at any time to open your Dashboard. Future Release
2	Contacts: Click here at any time to open your Contact List.
3	Products: Click here at any time to open the Products Page.
4	Settings: Click here at any time to open your Settings.
5	Search by keyword or SKU: If you know the SKU or a keyword for the item you want to find, enter it here to filter.
6	Search categories: Click the drop-down to select a category to narrow your search.
7	Search vendors: Click the drop-down to search by vendors. Only connected vendors are listed here. You can manually add products from external vendors during the create a quote process.
8	Price min - Price max: Use this field to search within a specific price range (price information is provided by connected vendors. Note that if you have negotiated pricing with this vendor, your pricing will appear on the quote, but not in the search).
9	Clear filters: Click here to clear all filters.
10	Product: Click on any product to view detailed information about the product.
11	Product images: Click the arrow to the right of the largest image to scroll through product images.
12	Overview: Provides a detailed product description, along with the color(s) and size(s) available.
13	Decorations: Lists the different ways the supplier can decorate the product.
14	Specifications: Shows dimensions, packaging and shipping information.
15	Inventory: Click here to view real-time inventory level provided by the supplier. Note that inventory levels are verified through the quote and purchase order process. This screen will appear as part of the quote process, you do not need to return to this page to the verify inventory.
16	Standard Price: Lists pricing for decorated products.
17	Blank Price: Lists pricing for undecorated or "blank" products.
