The Purchase orders overview screen is accessed from the left navigation.
This section is intended for the search of purchase orders. Moreover, you have the option to filter the list to display specific groups. For example, you can select to see only the rejected orders or those that are on hold to determine if additional action is needed.

To manage your purchase orders effectively, you can choose to view them based on their status. Here are the options: Active: View all currently active purchase orders. This way, you can easily keep track of your orders and prioritize those that need immediate attention. |
2 |
To find a specific purchase order, type the purchase order number into the search bar. |
3 |
The results of your search or filter selections are displayed in this field. The status update (coming in a future release) indicates when the status was last verified with a supplier. Note that the status of manual purchase orders must be updated manually. The purchase order number acts as a link to the purchase order. |
4 |
To further refine your search, click on "Filters" and select options such as Supplier, Owner, Type, or Status (Status filtering will be available in an upcoming release). This will help you narrow down the results to find exactly what you're looking for. |
5 | Manual purchase orders are indicated with a dropdown arrow because they require manual updates. This visual cue helps you easily identify and manage these orders. |
6 |
To take action on a purchase order, click the "Actions" () icon. You will have the options to Open, Change ownership, or Delete the purchase order. Please note that a purchase order can only be deleted if it is in Draft mode. |
