Settings

When you log in to Orders for the first time, you are presented with five account set up tasks.  The information you enter while completing these tasks can be edited at any time from the Settings page.

My Profile Use this section to add your personal information.

Company Use this section to add / edit your company information, contact information and industry memberships.

User Management Use this section to add/edit/view your users.

Supplier Connection Use this section to connect Orders to an existing account you have already established, or to request an account be set up for you.

Sales Tax Use this section to view and add your tax settings.

Company

Use the General section to add your company information (distributor address information), primary contact information (the owner or another person in the company) and industry memberships. Click Edit in the upper right corner of each tile on the page to make changes.

For Industry memberships, click Add membership to enter your member number, or use the ellipses to Edit or Delete an entry. 

 

User Management

2 Actions: Click the actions icon to Delete the user, or to access a link to Share invite
mceclip4.png When you click Share invite, a URL will appear for you to copy and paste into a message.

 

Supplier Connection

Use this section to connect Orders to an existing account you have already established, or to request an account be set up for you.

Click Request credentialed accounts to display the Request supplier accounts form.

Enter your information on the form and click Submit to send an automated email to the supplier to request a connection.

image.png Note that this option is only available if there are still suppliers to request. If this option is not available on your screen, click Connect on the card instead. See 5 below.

This field indicates the status of the supplier:

  • Requested - an email has been sent to the supplier.
    The Add credentials button is visible on a card with this status. See 3 below.
  • Connected - you are actively connected to this supplier.
  • Disconnected - you are disconnected from this supplier.

Add credentials: When you receive your credentials from the supplier, click the Add credentials button to enter the information.

The Connect button appears on a card when you have not connected with a supplier nor requested to connect.

Actions: Click the actions icon to Edit or Delete supplier credentials.

image.pngDeleting supplier credentials disconnects you from the supplier, it does not delete the supplier.

 

 

Sales Tax

Add taxable location

Click here to add a taxable location. 

Physical presence off (economic)

For economic tax calculations, the system calculates taxes for the state(s) and postal codes you enter.

Physical presence on

For physical location tax locations, enter a specific location for tax calculations.

2 Click the More icon () to edit or delete a taxable location.
