To view and manage projects for contacts, locate the contact in the Contact List, then click on the contact's name to open the Contact Main Page. where you will see all of the projects for this contact listed. To manage your projects you can either choose an action from the three dots in the Action column:
Or you can use the arrow in the name column to expand the details of the project. The system will display the Quote and any Purchase Orders that have been created.
Create quote
To create a quote for an existing project click the three dots in the Action column, choose Create quote.
The system will then display the Quote screen where you can create a quote for your client.
Edit name
To edit the name of the project click the three dots in the Action column, choose Edit name.
The system will display a pop-up where the project name can be updated. Click Save to complete the update.
Change ownership
To change ownership of the project click the three dots in the Action column, choose Change ownership.
The system will display a pop-up where the owner name can be updated. Click Save to complete the update.

Delete
This action is only available when a Project has been created but there is no quote associated with the Project.
Once a quote has been created that is associated with the project, the Delete action will be disabled.
