Commercio Orders is designed to provide CRM order management and competitive pricing specifically for small to mid-level distributors.
The system streamlines communication with the supplier and lets mid-level distributors benefit from the special pricing Commercio has negotiated with connected suppliers.
The Commercio Orders process centers around projects. Within a project, you can create and share data among quotes, tasks and purchase orders. You can create a quote to share with your client with connected suppliers > create a task for yourself to follow up with the client > then use the same information you put in the quote to create a purchase order(s) that is submitted directly to the supplier.
Projects in Commercio Orders must be associated with a "contact" (client / customer). In fact, your contact list is the first page you see when you log in. In order to set up a project, you must first add your contacts to Commercio Orders. See Process Flow and Orders Hierarchy for a visual reference.
If you are new to Commercio Orders, you may want to start by adding your full contact list, or you may want to jump right in and get started with a quote.

Process Flow
The orders process flow starts with your contacts.
From a contacts' main page, you then create tasks, quote and purchase orders.
Orders Hierarchy
Everything in Commercio Orders is centered around your contact list (your clients).
As shown in this illustration, your clients make up your contact list, and from these contacts, projects are created, which in turn hold quotes, tasks and POs.
You can have an unlimited number of projects for a client, each with as many quotes, tasks and POs as you need.
